| THIS IS A SPECIAL PROGRAMME OF THE INTERNATIONAL KANSK VIDEO FESTIVAL www.festival-cannes.ru The oldest and main video forum is since 2002 carried out in Kansk (Krasnoyarsk region). It is an international competition of shorts and video-art and also all experimental genres of visual art on the verge of cinema and contemporary art. The festival regularly presents new names, styles and concepts to the ever-growing Russian film industry and mass-media, at the same time creating and maintaining the territory of artistic freedom in the town of Kansk.
